Mr Niraj Sharan founded Aura in 1990 and serves as the Chairman and CEO. Prior to founding Aura, he had worked in the US and India with large global companies like Das Research, Mecon, ABB and Yokogawa in the Process Control and Automation field and was a recognized pioneer in the launch of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) in the Process Manufacturing Industry.

Since June 2009, Mr Sharan serves as “Member, Technical Expert Committee - Government of India under Department of Science & Technology, a high powered Committee created to resolve Water Crisis in India through Technology Innovations and a long term strategy in Water and Effluent  treatment, distribution and harvesting approach.

Mr Sharan has been a Proven Entrepreneur and Technology pioneer with diverse business experience in USA, India & EU:

• Founder, Chairman & CEO of Aura Inc. since 1989, a leading Global enterprise catering to the global ENERGY sector through Engineering, Manufacturing & System Integration.

Alok Khemka
DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS

Alok  Khemka has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and has built three successful enterprise in the Manufacturing , Distribution and Services sector . As Director – Operations he provides Strategic performance leadership   and is responsible for manufacturing, vendor management, planning and initiative coordination at Aura .

He obtained his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India. He also obtained his MBA from Institute of Marketing and Management, New Delhi.

Dan Kerrigan
VP - North America

Dan Kerrigan has over 40 years experience in marketing and manufacturing for the Temperature Sensor and Process Control Industry. His experience includes Regional Sales Manager positions for the Western United States, in addition to national responsibility as General Manager for temperature sensor manufacturing facilities. He has "hands on" ability to work with applications driven both by technical requirements and cost effectiveness.

Shyam Kukreja
Regional Director - Western India

Shyam was the Regional head of ABB Instrumentation in Mumbai for over 20 years. His responsibilities included Sales and Marketing, Field Installation and Commissioning, after sales maintenance contracts and Finance and Administration. He also spent a few years in the Middle East with a large EPC contractor as their Procurement and Co ordination Manager.

Shyam obtained his engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology - Powai. He also obtained his Management degree from Mumbai University.

Asstt General Manager (Technical)

G G Arora has spent 18 years at ABB Instruments, India spearheading their Quality Assurance Division. At ABB he was responsible for ISO Compliance, Product Quality .and Vendor Development .

G G Arora has been with Aura since 1998 and heads the Technical Department responsible for Design, Compliance , QA and Product Development . He has an Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering from Institution of Engineers, Kolkata in 1985 and a Bachelor of Science in 1978 from Delhi University .
